Register_globals ON

Einige haben ein Problem mit den Einstellungen register_globals "ON" und magic_quotes_gpc "OFF". dieser tipp funktioniert nicht bei jeden anbieter, also vorher erfragen.
schreibt in die htaccess.txt datei folgendes an erster stelle

php_flag magic_quotes_gpc on
php_flag register_globals off

nun benennt ihr diese datei um in: .htaccess
und schiebt diese via ftp in das hauptverzeichniss eures webspaces.
bitte daran denken, dass dieser tipp nicht bei jedem anbieter funktioniert.

dann bleiben dir zwei möglichkeiten:
1. bei dem anbieter nett anfragen und um änderung bitten oder
2. den anbieter wechseln

dritte möglichkeit: damit leben, das diese funktionen nicht gegeben sind bei diesem anbieter und dass es eventuell einige funktionen von joomla nicht einwandfrei gehen.

schon klahr, bis jetzt stöhrt es mich auch nicht und glaube zumindest deswegen nicht wirklich Probleme zu haben. Also leb ich mal damit, zumal der WebSpace ja nicht von mir auserwählt wurde...
Gibt es irgendwo eine Auflistung was diese Magic_Quotes mit Einstellung Off genau alles (be) verhindern?

Legt die magic_quotes Einstellungen für GPC (Get/Post/Cookie) fest. Ist diese Einstellung auf on, werden alle ' (einzelne Anführungszeichen), " (doppelte Anführungszeichen), (Backslash) und NUL's automatisch mit einem Backslash geschützt.

Ja habe das Ganze gelesen.

Aber wo füge ich das den nun ein? Deswegen der andere Text. In welcher Zeile muss ich dies einfügen?

ich hab das am anfang der .htaccess stehen. direkt als erste und zweite zeiler dieser datei.
